Pros
Company culture, strong focus on ethics, many opportunities for professional and personal development. Very good benefits package. A good-sized company that still maintains the close-knit camaraderie of a much smaller organization.
Cons
Mainly focused on federal government contracts. This type of work comes with some unique challenges. Very long hours are often required.
