      They don't know what they are doing in Healthcare. They are so removed from what's really happening... Employees get away with ridiculous behavior.

      Pros

      Just a taxable form of income.

      Cons

      Everything, Management doesn't care, you'll be overworked. Finding out the actual company you're contracted too pays way more for the same position makes you realize you're losing over 50% of what the pay would be if you just applied directly instead of going through EOS.
