The recruitment process was very efficient and I appreciated that my point of contact was the hiring manager instead of a recruiter, so we could start getting to know each other upfront. Very welcoming team and positive onboarding experience so far. Safety culture is very apparent; everyone seems to walk the talk.
Cons
It's a large organization, so it takes some time to build my network and get to know my key contacts. It's a complex, fast-paced environment, which isn't for everyone.
