Pros

A job that pays the bills but scared of the future.

Cons

I hate to say it but there is no person of visible minority in the entire Directorship, senior leadership, SVP and above across all BUs. It is appalling to see how a company can get away with this in this day and age, especially in a country where diversity is the pinnacle of growth. It is this recognizable systemic behavior that I strongly believe will lead to loss of talentpool, creativity, knowledge, and ultimately degradation of the company that could have once had a great future as one of few successfully run private corporation owned by a public entity - City of Edmonton.
