      Lots of flex time / scheduled days off Good benefits Interesting work, lots happening

      Cons

      Limited opportunity for advancement Old boys/old girls club dictates who has opportunity for advancement Very seniority based, less about your resume and more about how long yo'uve been in company. Salary isn't particulary competetive in Alberta.

      Decent Pay for work load if corporate roles or upper management, field workers not so much

      High turnover Transparency- Zero Support from leadership - Zero Culture- cliquish, roomer mill Claims of future, terms at end of projects Benefits- Costly plans Canadian operations and talent are solid, US is looked at as disposable.
