      Pros

      The staff is very nice.

      Cons

      They let managers let you go for no reason, yes AZ is at will state, but that doesn't give the right for magnets to rip your job out from underneath you for no reason. No warning. No write ups, nothing! Because you make them look bad, and make them stand out of being lazy and a fake name.

      Decent Pay for work load if corporate roles or upper management, field workers not so much

      Cons

      High turnover Transparency- Zero Support from leadership - Zero Culture- cliquish, roomer mill Claims of future, terms at end of projects Benefits- Costly plans Canadian operations and talent are solid, US is looked at as disposable.
