location, stable job (the don't really fire people because they already have such high turnover), clean environment, expectations are low
Cons
WHEN you can get information from IT, it's missing parts and it's slow. There's no comradery, mentorship, or team spirit - everyone is in it for themselves, for a paycheck, and no one will help you, they don't even know how to do their own jobs properly. Bonuses are for Director level only, so you won't get anything amazing for being amazing. Holidays and time off are limited compared to other jobs in Austin. There are no processes in place for improvement or growth - they have a "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" attitude, and if it is broke, they "band-aid" it, instead of addressing the issues for the long term.
