Pros

Friendly people but terrible boss

Cons

CEO is awful to work for. Never seen a manager treat people the way he would, and he would purposely leave the door open when he would belittle people so everyone could see and hear it. I watched him casually fire a guy who had worked for the company for years, and he couldn't have cared less about doing it, much less in front of everyone. I honestly can't think of a single thing nice to say about Jim. All around terrible person to work for and does the opposite of what a manager should do.

Pros

I have been here for 6 years. I've never worked at a more fun yet professional company before. Everyone here is a family. Management is always here to listen or help with any concerns. There is plenty of room to move up in the company. I would highly recommend EZLocal!!

Cons

I have no cons for EZLocal!!

Pros

I've never wanted to leave a 5-star review while also wanting to leave a 1-star review at the same time before. Simply put, this was an amazing opportunity. They had one of the best and truest entrepreneurship opportunities I've ever seen. They had a team of agents at the office calling and setting up appointments for field agents / closers. The leads were solid (for the most part) and it was such a wonderful setup for sales agents. They also had a wonderful commission and residual structure that simply is one of the best I've ever seen. The managers were incredible too, especially the tiny little woman who closes more doors than hotel room service.

Cons

The only real issue I had was with the marketing. The service side of things was seriously lacking. At a time when digital marketing was on the rise, they missed a major opportunity by not investing in high-quality strategies. Instead, the owner leaned heavily on outdated Yellow Pages-style tactics, which just didn’t hold up, and things went downhill pretty quickly from there. Clients never got the type of results they thought they were signing up for. This is probably one of the biggest fumbles and missed opportunities for greatness I've ever seen.
