Pros
Amazing people work here that truly care about you and your work. Any time I have a lot of work I have multiple people that will ask me how they can help and they truly mean it. I get to be my whole authentic self here and I have not had that before. In doing anti-racism I have learned soooooo much about my identity and it has inspired me to learn more about my heritage and story!
Cons
We are a growing organization and with that comes growing pains. As we grow we need more structures and processes to support us.
