Pros
Large company that focuses on performance-based pay. The tuition assistance program is great, with no out-of-pocket tuition expenses (you submit a voucher for Eaton to reimburse the school directly before classes start). Generous 401k match. Job security is not too much of a concern, as the company tries its best to employ alternative methods of cost savings rather than resorting to layoffs.
Cons
Upward mobility can be difficult, and sometimes the company is a little behind the times in terms of attracting and retaining talent. The medical insurance is a little pricy, but the company makes an annual deposit into your HSA account to help defray costs.
