      Pros

      Interesting high pace work environment. There has been a lot of growth and change but the benefits of this have been huge with promotions and awesome work experience. Probably one of the best training and personal growth opportunities I have ever had in my career. Snack service, gym, games lounge, good pay, awesome interesting work.

      Travel can be required, high pace

      Pros

      The experience at Eclipse is very group dependent. If you have a good lead and a good supervisor, it can be a fun and fulfilling place to work. They generally are reasonable with travel requests.

      Cons

      That being said, senior management makes many questionable decisions that result in lots of frustration that feels unnecessary. Sales team is lackluster at best and thus work is quite slow. Stability right now is definitely questionable
