Pros

If you have a good manager, your experience can be ok.

Cons

I joined the company thinking they were more established than they are. Their LinkedIn shows that they have more employees than they actually have, so I was pretty surprised to join a smaller company that is incredibly disorganized. Turns out they purposefully wanted to look like a more established company on LinkedIn, and after working there, I saw other instances where they purposefully skewed facts in an effort to create a better company image. The CEO and leadership haven't learned how to delegate, and I saw so much micromanaging during my short experience here. Employees are constantly rated, which made me feel like I was in grade school. Everyone is given so much work that it is nearly impossible to feel that you are even competent in your role. Systems and processes are outdated and there is a lot of busy work. I wasn't proud of any of the projects I was involved in during my time at Ecosystems. There is such an emphasis on getting things done, but none of it is strategic or effective. Most of the managers have no leadership experience, and they range from incompetent to downright mean. If you care about your health and well-being, I would steer clear of Ecosystems.

Pros

The work ethic and caliber of employees at Ecosystems are exceptional from leadership all the way through to each individual contributor. For a smaller org and team, this company provides incredible impact and outcomes for enterprise customers and for each employee as well. My professional experience and business acumen will only grow and flourish from my time spent here. The culture is also excellent and you really feel like you're a part of an important and tight-knit team.

Cons

Not really any cons unless you don't like working hard. It's a lot of work and effort but the success is rewarding and fulfilling, and the whole company is working hard along side you.
