There finally seems to be some stability with management.
You get a foot in the door for a way out
Cons
You have multiple managers that do not know what you do on a day-to-day basis and managers on site that actually dictate your day-to-day with very little oversight between the two.
Training is minimal and only allowed if a business case arises.
Attrition is at an all time high with entire departments losing staff because they are not happy
Pay is drastically below industry standards
There is oppression from offsite management - calling you on your time off or asking for things that are not "ordinary"
There is no culture or morale boosters
The processes and demands are changing drastically with little notification if any
No compensation for gas mileage if using own car
Everyone that starts realizes the above and is looking to leave
The benefits are really bad. High deductible insurance. It’s touted that they pay your medical for you. But you’ll be paying all year to reach that high deductible. It’s not a real benefit. Dental and vision are on par with other companies.
