    Pros

    Bonus Plan, Some good projects

    Cons

No Mentoring what so ever. Good work goes unnoticed. Company is known for letting go of employees for no reason. Biased management towards few employees. Company has zero culture. Almost half the Projects I was on were under budgeted both time and money.

    Management needs a overhaul.

    Pros

It was a great place to work. I could work flexible hours. I learned a lot from my peers and my boss and was able to gain real world experience.

    Cons

As an intern I was mostly doing grunt work, but that's what I've found at most internships.

    Pros

    -Good exposure
    -Great Work when on Project
-Work with some of the best in the Hyperion space
-Get to hear all the latest updates on Hyperion products sooner than other partners I worked with.
-Work-life balance good on most projects
    - Bonus is really good if on project

    Cons

-You lose out on lots of money when not on Project as the salary structure is Bonus centric
-Some projects demand lots of work in less time which require you to work a lot even on weekends
    - Base Salary is below average when compared to competitors
    - You need to develop your own Career growth path without much guidance

I worked at Edgewater Technology full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Stock purchase plan is probably above market average. Tuition reimbursement beats competitor firms. Better than average benefits.

    Cons

Too much emphasis on utilization, Consultants driven to work unusually long hours in isolation, little networking and career development options outside of training/self study.

    Advice to Management

Build a more collaborative and team environment so Consultants are not exposed to prolonged isolation and resulting negative health effects.

    Pros

    - You are given a lot of freedom on how to engage on projects
    - The compensation is fine. There are a few perqs and benefits.
    - Flexibility of work is nice.

    Cons

    - There seems to be limited growth and opportunities for teams and individuals.
    - It would be nice to have more resources dedicated to professional development.

    Advice to Management

    - Very often it feels like the company's long-term direction and strategy is unclear.
    - There isn't much communication coming from upper management and the executive team.

    Pros

Work from home, travel, keep up with current business trends and technologies. Enjoy the freedom and flexibility to work on different projects. Very rarely do the same project twice.

    Cons

Being a public company consumes too much fiscal resources which could be better spent on employees. Laptops for most of the staff are pretty ancient.
