      Pros

      I worked at a beautiful site and sold a wonderful product and I was gainfully employed and had a decent health plan.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, there is no leadership, direction or guidance. Instead of training, teaching and investing in their employees they tend to belittle and place blame. You are immediately set up for failure and reprimanded when you do. I've never seen anything like it in my entire working career. Worst experience I've ever had; poor culture and no values and that starts with the two front desk receptionist at corporate.

      Pros

      A strong company with a large portfolio of upcoming projects and a management team with a drive to grow the company and our team members with it - lots of work over the coming years. It's motivating knowing that our actions can have a direct impact on the course of the company.

      Cons

      The volatile housing market requires rapid changes - this can lead to some pressure situations.
