      Pros

      Fruit, samples, laptops provided to all employees for use.

      Cons

      Constant confusion. A lack of collaboration, and when it does happen it is forced. They thrive off of constant unproductive meetings that take up anywhere from 4-6 hours per day. Standard office hours are 9am - 6pm, but many departments are expected to work until 7 or 8pm. Only 7 holidays are given and the major holidays you are asked to work from home to cover for any shortages in customer care. Issues that the company is having is blamed on staff, management takes no responsibility for issues or concerns. Medical could be better and location is awful.

      Owner is an amazing woman and very understanding Plenty of leftover cut fruit is up for grabs for lunch Backend staff are hard working and a pleasure to work with Not a lot of walk ins so you don't interact with a lot of people face to face Fast paced during peak holiday hours, always have something to do

      Cons

      Pay is way too low for the amount of work done daily Holiday's can be a nightmare if you're understaffed No benefits at all Cameras are always recording, more for security purposes but still weird Can get lonely if working alone Computers, phones and tablets malfunction a lot
