Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate your honesty and transparency, and we take your concerns very seriously.
We are aware that there have been changes with the recent restructure and that the sales team has implemented cross practice selling. We know the learning curve is steep and we are working to improve our training and support programs to ensure all employees have the resources they need to be successful.
We understand that change can be difficult, but we are committed to making our firm a better place to work for all employees. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through these changes.
Good amount of holidays and PTO. Lifestyle spending account and remote work were great.
Cons
In an attempt to get me to leave, little by little, my job duties were taken over by others in the department. Partners let this happen and did nothing to help me. Eventually, they eliminated my role. I documented multiple instances where the work environment was incredibly toxic but no one cared. HR never even contacted me for an exit interview. My experience was that if you did not fit into the boys club you would not succeed. There was a culture of micro-aggressions, cruelty, and badmouthing others when they weren't in the room and excluding anyone who did not fit their views.
