Excellent industry to be at this time...natural gas for energy when the world is concerned about clean air and global climate change.

Senior and upper management not visible enough to the rank and file. Exposure is prepared video clips and press releases. General fear by management of controversy from addressing groups. Layoffs and cutbacks in the name of efficiency every five six years. Unable to attract and groom the best prospects for performance and career training.
