      Pros

      The people are great, and the facility looks great inside

      Cons

      Forced to work a ton of overtime (every other weekened) (and salaried) Management is awful Continuous improvement never happens since company is always in firefighting mode No room for advancement since company is bringing all management up from Brazil

      Decent amount of PTO. Scheduling flexibility.

      Very unorganized. High turnover and minimal training. Cut throat culture, favoritism, unaccountable managers.
