Pros
Interesting products and jobs, colleagues and bosses are in general very nice and helpful, autonomy to do your work.
Cons
Company morale is in a down spiral, benefits and salaries are not that attractive and seems to be decreasing in the last couple years. Lack of opportunity for career growth or changes, people do the same job for many years. Building and installations are old and creepy.
