Always short parts, personnel, scrambling every day and putting out dumpster fires. Never feel valued as they have someone back in Brazil waiting to replace you if you leave/try to negotiate a higher salary. Most leadership positions are Brazilian. PTO is about 13.5 days/year starting out with some "Floater" days added in. Up to 20 days total. Ultimately they are a struggling company, don't value their employees, and it's better to jump ship to better opportunities as fast as you can.
