      I worked in Embraer in Nashville TN (BNA), its a great company, but Leadership doesnt care, I recommend this place just for few months, but not as a career.

      Decent amount of PTO. Scheduling flexibility.

      Cons

      Very unorganized. High turnover and minimal training. Cut throat culture, favoritism, unaccountable managers.
