      - Nice people on the team. - The tech stack is pretty good. - The pay is good. - Great work/life balance, no long work hours. - Meetings are kept to a minimum so as to not distract us from work.

      Cons

      Perhaps our project need a clearer direction, but this is not a deal breaker.
