      Love working with students to help see them through one of ERAU's programs.

      Cons

      Not enough authority given to Campus Directors. Budget is always limited and being reduced for all areas while tuition increases each year. Training is poor at best.

      Pros

      Most staff are great people. Working with the students is a real bonus, great energy.

      Cons

      Senior leadership are snakes. If you look up toxic work environment, they click off almost every box. It's sad really because there are so many great reasons to work there.
