      Hi degree of information sharing. Solid benefit package. Great hours.

      Cons

      There wasn't enough work for me. Processes seem to be in constant flux. Management doesn't seem to trust the staff they employ.

      Pros

      Most staff are great people. Working with the students is a real bonus, great energy.

      Cons

      Senior leadership are snakes. If you look up toxic work environment, they click off almost every box. It's sad really because there are so many great reasons to work there.
