Stuck in their ways - Director Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Employee Review

They keep people here so long and raise their salaries so much , that people won't leave because they will never make the same salary in their fields in another company. They hire friends and family and put people into positions for which they are unqualified. It's a very dysfunctional place and is not student friendly.
