      Great Company with a great culture where everyone is valued! Great training opportunities. Good PTO and 401K benefits. Would highly recommend!

      Not ERAU's fault, but it's a bit difficult to meet people and establish relationships during COVID...

      Pros

      Most staff are great people. Working with the students is a real bonus, great energy.

      Cons

      Senior leadership are snakes. If you look up toxic work environment, they click off almost every box. It's sad really because there are so many great reasons to work there.
