      Great place for growth, lots of promotion within. Low salaries, but free degrees and decent healthcare.

      Low salaries, must stay in position 6 months before transfer, low flexibility in term of schedule, and remote work options.

      Pros

      Most staff are great people. Working with the students is a real bonus, great energy.

      Cons

      Senior leadership are snakes. If you look up toxic work environment, they click off almost every box. It's sad really because there are so many great reasons to work there.
