Worst India Managment. Employee Review (Based on My Experience from 2017–2021) - IT Asset Manager Emerge Employee Review

I worked with the company from 2017 to 2021, initially joining under PATHWAYS Business Efficiency Services Pvt. Ltd., which later merged with Emerge. During that time, the global management and leadership were supportive and maintained good communication with employees. However, my experience with the India management team was quite different. Several decisions at the local management level felt abrupt and lacked transparency, which sometimes created challenges for employees. One incident that stood out to me was a situation during the COVID-19 work-from-home period, where a team meeting was scheduled outside regular working hours. Due to limited access to work emails on mobile devices, some team members joined late and subsequently faced salary deductions. Situations like this affected morale and created a sense of uncertainty. There were also concerns related to HR and administrative processes, such as delays in responses and a lack of clarity regarding payroll- and compliance-related matters. These issues made it difficult for employees to feel fully supported.
