      Pros

      There are a few great coworkers and a few amazing charge nurses! 2 out 5 people that work there are wonderful!

      Cons

      Management can never give you positive feedback. Selling your soul in that building is never enough!! The feedback that you will get completely demoralizes you and makes you feel as if you're 7 years old. 9-11 patients is too much!!!!! 8-10 on days!!! The environment is toxic!

      Pros

      Techs are like family on third shift, pretty good pay, ability to advance and increase pay, and other incentives.

      Cons

      Most nurses dont help, turn over with management is insane, and favoring of first shift is apparent.
