As a manager I have had the opportunity to sit in meetings with members of the executive board and even the president himself. Although they have high standards, these leaders genuinely care about employees at all levels and are constantly investing in ways to ensure everyone succeeds. As an organization that is sales focused, it is necessary for all sales employees to be productive and profitable. Without profitability, nobody has a job. England Logistics does a great job establishing expectations and helping all individuals exceed what is required of them. I have been fortunate to advance in this company and have also had the privilege of promoting many more people then I've terminated.
Cons
Management/ownership takes a very responsible and conservative approach to building business. If you thrive in personal development, accountability and success then this is the place for you. If you're looking for a fun place that cares more about games and employee perks than financial responsibility, you may have hard time thriving in the culture.
