Job is fast paced, fun, and even exciting at times. LCs and mid management try to help.
Cons
The executive board is poor, moral is always low because of the churn and burn attitude. You make less for producing more the longer you are there, and despite the fact that they are aware of it, they refuse to do anything about it. They don't care about the employees and think that we are all replaceable. If you are looking to get started I would search somewhere else. Not a good environment for employees.
