Pros
Good Co-Workers (not management). That is pretty much it. They do fun activities, like the dodgeball tourament, from time to time. However, it is really few and far between.
Cons
Huge disconnect between management and rank & file employees. Employee moral has dropped drastically in the past year and a half. Most advancement opportunities are given to friends and family of top management. It used to be a fun place to work, but is now pretty miserable. Large turnover numbers. Most people don't last 6 months.
