Will never be an Industry Leader - Account Manager (AM3) England Logistics Employee Review

Pros

7 to 4 workday (although you get yelled at if you want to act like an actual Salary Employee and cut out early or come in a little late). LOTS of great coworkers and a call center environment where you can chat and you can kind of phase in the background without having to be focused on... one in many. Pretty low stress depending on the manager you get or the team you're one. Not that much accountability.

Cons

England Logistics will never be an Industry leader if it continues this course. CR England is a family company, so it's subsidiary England Logistics in turn suffers from Nepotism. All the directors and managers are Brothers, Cousins, old Friends, etc, and it really sucks because they are NOT qualified. Without good Ideas and diverse experiences, they will stangnate, and EL does. SUPER High turnover because people get tired of the monotonous and un inspired goal setting and future. They don't innovate, they do what has been working and ignore the workers so workers just end up leaving.

Pros

Working as a Logistics Coach Sales Manager at England Logistics offers strong earning potential, valuable leadership experience, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping both your team and trucking clients succeed.

Cons

The role comes with high performance expectations, constant problem-solving, and the challenge of managing issues outside of your control, which can create a fast-paced and sometimes stressful work environment.
