They will hire anybody who can pick up a phone and dial. You can promote quickly due to consistent and high turnover.
Cons
Promoting and expanding your skills here is pointless due to being tied to an extensive non compete agreement. Upper Executive team do not care about their employees and only looking to meet targets set by Snr Directors. Directors will not provide helpful feedback on how to perform or grow at the company.
