Pay and culture. Most employees are good to work with. Fun promotions and competitive games in sales departments Meals for children initiative and volunteer opportunities are great
Cons
Declining culture, lower pay, newer management is just awful and lack the skil Favoritism for promotion into management. Or ignorance for current employees with desired skillset/ great candidate are snubbed Most of the software is outdated or not efficient
