10yThank you for sharing your feedback. Many of your points especially regarding weekend phone duty and challenges with cross sales have been true. We have taken significant steps over this past year to remove these challenges and other barriers to the quality of work life and success to our people. We continue to be committed to becoming a better company and an even stronger leader in the third party logistics industry. We are also striving to become a great place for our people to work. We do stretch ourselves here and ask everyone to do the same. In return, the growth and rewards are tremendous.
