England Logistics Response
10yI'm sorry your experience was so negative that you felt it necessary to use the phrase you did in your closing advice. It is my hope and commitment that we will continue to improve EL to where people do not have the experience you described. We are continually working to develop our logistics coaches (front-line sales leaders) and the vast majority of them are working to become better leaders in all aspects, including effective coaching. We also strive to recruit and retain people of varied motivations. But one common theme is to attract and develop people who both want to the financial rewards and personal growth and development, with a passion for winning and continually getting better. I cannot nor do I want to apologize for our approach to nepotism. It is not a policy at EL it is our culture. We have dozens of employees who are related to another employee in one way or another. Either because the one referred the other or they met here and got married. We are a family owned company and we openly and actively welcome our team members to refer their family and friends who will be great contributors to their teammates, the company, and themselves. The key is to make sure that favoritism doesn't occur, whether based on familial or friend relationships. We strive to reward based upon performance and commitment. Thank you for your candor. Greatest success to you!
