Pros

If you love the "grind" culture of sales, and want to have a job where there is friendly competition, this is the place for you. If you are results orientated, then you may thrive here. Management does care about culture and tries to foster a healthy environment here. There are fun and quirky events throughout the year that do help shakeup the tedious day-to-day work. You can grow close to your coworkers and genuinely make good relationships here. There can be a nice WFH hybrid schedule for some positions, but not all.

Cons

This company is still living in 2005. The technology is abysmal here and really hurts them when other companies offer tech you'd see in 2024. The SLC office is antiquated and feels like you're in a building perpetually stuck the early 2000s. Add that on to the dust smell, gross carpets, and bland paint job, and you'll grow bored with working in office. Although the company says it has great culture, it's mid at best. This may be due to employees, but there can be toxicity and a lack of cooperation between divisions. Due to the pay structure, employees have been known to be adamant against working with others in fear that someone else will take their client. This comes at the determent of the company and actually helping clients. Also, hope you love cold-calling, cause that's pretty much what you will be doing until you can grow your book of business. This can be a slog and being tied to the economy can make a negative work experience. Management can feel like a frat at times and some leaders shouldn't be where they are. Management can be sincere and may truly care about your career, but some are out of date and aren't helpful. They can feel aloof at times and lack qualities that make a great leader. Compensation and pay may be the worst part of this job. Good luck living comfortably working here. England Logistics doesn't pay well and, if you have the opportunity to take a higher paying job, do it. The health benefits are below-average, and you have to unlock PTO tiers. EL also has some "Corporate America" tropes: if you do well, you'll get rewarded with pizza. Never mind throwing a bump in a paycheck, pizza will do.

Pros

Not many here - they give you free pop for your work

Cons

Commission plan terrible - non compete in place and will take your book when you leave. Avoide this place.
