Pros

Paid weekly, some nice people, and lots of free food. Other than that, there isn’t much to say good about this company.

Cons

Computer programs the company uses are very slow and difficult to use, products are never in stock. Customers are always returning products, distributers are always foreign and are rude to you on the phone. The company’s website is the worst site ever created, very hard to navigate through. Management is very unfair and bossy, they will always nag on you for something and blame you for everything in the end. Traffic to and from is horrible, and the job takes up way too much of your time each day.

Management makes or breaks your experience. Great internal teams and support.

Cons

Please see patterns in problematic management. If 2 people left 2 transferred and are doing better since transferring then Maybe management not the employee is the issue. Some managers are great don’t get rid of those. Weed out the bad ones that micromanage, have no work life balance, bully and put down their subordinates and lie to them and defame their character.
