      Pros

      Some free water, free drinks and free cookies. Famous company name which provide good career profile. Feasible time and feasible workplace. Work from home is a plus for family guys who need to take care of children.

      Cons

      Medical benefits sucks, e.g. no dental for spouse, no prescribed glasses and no health screen claims below age 40. Only one internal toilet and it is water leaking forever. Have to use the shared public toilet with smoke smell always. Low mobile monthly allowance which doesn't even cover the cheapest basic phone data plan in the town. Messy internal document and complex workflow. Only 14 days annual leave which most of the companies already start to offering 15~18 days. Leave system should be count by hours, not day.

      Pros

      Company is strong financially. No chance of layoff. Many opportunities to work overtime if you want extra hours.

      Very busy, they need to hire more people.

      Great people in various internal roles.

      Cons

      CRO and Senior leadership failed with execution of their CS REORGANIZATION! They laid off exceptional and tenured talent who were either not replaced or new job requisitions filled with external candidates. Upon making internal employees aware of layoffs, they did so in such a callous manner with complete disregard for humanity. It was literally appalling and disgusting! The ‘Magic of Equinix’ (I belong. I matter. I feel safe.) is no longer present and hasn’t been for over two years. No work life balance. Everyone is just a number so why be an over achiever in such an awful space. Morale is lower than ever!
