Very disappointing - Anonymous employee EquipNet Employee Review

the list is never ending 1. your personal life sucks 2. no appriciation 3. management is bad 4. lot of plotics 5. does not treat their employees as human only. 6. no appraisal process nothing, whenever the management feel they will add 500-1000 rs to your current salary and call it as hike 7. the environment is very bad 8. no motivation 9. expectation are more but the facilities given are zero
