Business Outlook
Pros
AXA will pay you very well once you start under contract, which can take up to three months. You usually make 3% of all the money you bring in, depending on what you are selling. Company is very focused making your numbers. You can either choose a salary($24,000) plus 50% commissions or all commissions plus bonus. Some make over $500,000.
Cons
You do not get paid for the months before you sign your contract other than any commissions. I went three months before collecting any money. It is very political and older advisors tend to rule the building.
