      - can work from home - not based on hours

      Cons

      - basically a sales job - you only get paid if you reach out to their leads and they set up a meeting, which is impossible because they are ghost leads who haven’t talked to company in 10+ years - no training

      Compensation structure, product availability, brokerage system, overall tools, open structure to do best for your clients

      Support staff are more hands off, not a lot of in house support staff members.

      Good training, friendly environment and easy interview

      Cons

      Commission only, read before you sign any contract. Contract agreements are poorly written and misleading, it could hurt you and your U4 in future. DONT TRUST anything they are saying about benefits nothing free here.
