      Lots of growth and opportunities

      Cons

      Leadership has lost their way. This used to be a great company. Now it’s one of those places that likes to say “we’re a family” but uses that that overwork people. When a sacrificial lamb was needed, I got let go and my highly dysfunctional boss got promoted. The family disappeared. Pay is ok, but below market anywhere outside of Mississippi.

      People are professional and nice. New approaches and methods encouraged.

      Cons

      No advancement opportunity unless you're an Engineer or friends with the right people. Huge bias barriers to overcome. Way behind in technology adoption.
