Pros

Very nice fascilities (Campus not Geiselberg) in Vienna. Excelent food and kinda good discounts on banking products.

Cons

- very high turnover rate leads to extreme overtime requirements - failing projects lead to panic mode and lots of pressure to work constantly - senior management cares only about politics and power no concern for worker-bees - managers who care about us are leaving or being mobbed out - any change projects or programms fail because nobody cares about the outcome but only about how to make someone else reposnsible - external consultants are leaching out millions fom bank while failing on delivery - there is no vision of where this company is going after huge loss 2017 - extreme conflicts between Slovak and Austrian board members - backstabbing is ongoing - most senior managers are totally unqualified for thier duties and have no idea how to deal with it - some senior managers operate through fear and intimidation - manipulations of Austrian workers against Slovak workers is standard procedure this leads to silent conflicts between colleagues

Pros

Generally friendly colleagues and a collaborative atmosphere. Offers a range of employee benefits, which add value to the overall compensation. Good work life balance.

Cons

Difficult to progress within the company, leading to feelings of stagnation. Raises are hard to come by, particularly in light of inflation, making it tough to maintain financial stability. Annual reviews often feel insufficient, with little feedback on how to improve or advance.
