The skeleton workforce (personnel) is trying very hard to make things work in a very misguided company spiraling downward.
Cons
Management: Obnoxious, uncaring, uncertain of how to deliver positive results to customers, over-committing the business, refusal to listen to employees. This reflects the new executive management that has been put in place in the past 18 months. Product base: For a "technology leading" electronics/edge company there are no 5G products. Products offered to customers are piece-mailed together never designed to work together. Many, many customer issues. The Company makes commitments just to get sales on the books and then struggles and fails the customers as well as the workers. Tools: Very few and not aligned. Direction: Unless you are located in Italy, no foreseeable personnel future, no growth Training: None to very, very little Attrition rate: Very high. Many new hires do not stay past 6 months
