Very poor management. There is a reorg every other month, the company has an attrition rate that is very high, no/little quality, multiple law suits or threatened law suits by customers, using substandard vendors for delivered product, over-worked people because of a complete lack of resources, management favoritisms. There are executive management personnel located in Italy and England, that think they understand what they are doing. However based upon the last three years of overall business performance, that could be challenged, no raises, poor competitive compensation.

Salary and salary benefits could be more competitive. Although there are diversified projects, more resources are sometimes needed to address demands. With a very diversified product line and 4 primary locations across the globe, coordination is sometimes difficult.
