Pros
Good work culture (thanks to the current COO who was the Country Head for China). Senior Management is very helpful and they try their best to retain you.
Cons
Limited learning after a few years. After a few years, you end up becoming more of an Admin person (they call it Project Manager). Salary increment is pathetic especially once you are senior (Senior Manager or above).
