Pros
Evertec has a good benefits package: Health Insurance, 401k, etc. If you are passionate about volunteer work, they have many options available. The best co-workers are in this company.
Cons
Salaries are not competitive at all, they don't make offers to keep the talent. Lack of training in some departments, pretty much have to self instruct yourself to do high risk jobs.
